Which Toolsa heaters is the 110 mm flue pipe made for?

The Toolsa flue pipe, 110 mm in diameter and 1 m long, is made for our indirect diesel heaters in the TA-DV series: the 20 kW TA-DV20, the 30 kW TA-DV30 and the 50 kW TA-DV50. The same pipe fits all three models. It is not used with the TA-D175 or TA-D215, which are direct heaters that run without a flue.

Can a TA-DV heater run without a flue?

TA-DV heaters have a sealed combustion chamber and a separate exhaust outlet, so indoors they run with a flue connected. A flue connected to that outlet carries the exhaust out of the heated space, so only clean warm air enters the room. This is how the Toolsa TA-DV20 (20 kW), TA-DV30 (30 kW) and TA-DV50 (50 kW) heaters work.

What parts make up a flue for a Toolsa TA-DV heater?

A flue for Toolsa TA-DV heaters is built from three parts: a 110 mm flue pipe 1 m long, a 90° flue elbow 114 mm in diameter and a 110 mm rain cap. The pipe carries the exhaust, the elbow turns the flue through 90°, and the rain cap finishes it outdoors and keeps rain and snow out of the outlet. Each part fits the TA-DV20, TA-DV30 and TA-DV50.

Will the Toolsa flue pipe fit heaters from other brands?

The Toolsa 110 mm × 1 m flue pipe is confirmed to fit only our TA-DV series heaters, rated from 20 to 50 kW: the TA-DV20, TA-DV30 and TA-DV50. For another manufacturer's heater, first check the exhaust outlet diameter in its documentation and compare it with the 110 mm of the pipe. A matching diameter alone does not guarantee a fit, so with another brand the deciding data comes from its manufacturer.
