Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection:

  3. The Store applies technical and organizational measures to protect Users’ privacy.
  4. The Store ensures the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the level of risk and the category of data. In particular, the Store safeguards data against unauthorized access, theft, unlawful processing, destruction, or damage.
  5. The Store maintains control over which personal data is processed and to whom it has been disclosed, and keeps a register of persons authorized to process personal data.
  6. By registering on the Store’s website or placing an order, the User gives separate and explicit consent to the processing of personal data. In other cases, the processing of personal data by the Store is permissible when required for the exercise of rights or fulfillment of obligations arising from a contract, or for the fulfillment of legally justified purposes pursued by the Store.
  7. Data provided by the User is used for the following purposes:
    • proper performance of obligations arising from concluded contracts (order processing),
    • proper execution of other necessary activities related to contract performance (accounting, customer contact),
    • fulfillment of legally justified purposes, i.e. pursuing claims related to the conducted business activity.
  8. The Data Controller is entitled to disclose personal data exclusively to entities authorized under applicable laws, in accordance with the provisions of the Store Regulations.
  9. Personal data and information contained in forms are used by the Data Controller to conclude, amend, or terminate contracts with the Customer and to ensure the highest quality of services provided. For this purpose, the following data is processed: first and last name, email address, phone number, VAT ID.
  10. Providing data is voluntary. The Customer has the right to modify, delete, restrict processing, object to processing, and transfer their personal data.
  11. Data will be used for the purposes of contract conclusion, complaints handling, and contract termination for the period during which the Customer uses the Store. Data archiving lasts for 5 years from the date of the first order, taking into account the so-called right to be forgotten, i.e. data deletion. The Customer may request data deletion by sending an email. The Administrator will promptly remove the data from the database.
  12. At the User’s request, the Store provides information on the rights to which the User is entitled. Such information may be provided in writing.
  13. Users’ personal data may be shared with third parties with their consent if justified by the nature of the service and for the purpose of proper task execution by the Store.
  14. Electronic communication between the User’s device and the Store during the collection of personal data is encrypted (SSL). Databases are secured against unauthorized access by third parties.
  15. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority: the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
