Toolsa ⌀300 mm warm-air ducting set — 10 m flexible duct and hose clamp for the TA-DV50
This set is our flexible ducting, 300 mm in diameter and 10 m long, together with a hose clamp. We make it for the TA-DV50, the most powerful indirect diesel heater in the series, rated at 50 kW for spaces up to 800 m³. The duct carries the warm airflow from the heater outlet to the area that needs heating or drying.
Duct and clamp together
The set is made up of the 300 mm × 10 m duct and one hose clamp. The clamp holds the end of the duct on the warm-air outlet spigot for as long as the heater runs, including when it has to be moved. Buying the set gives you everything needed to connect the warm-air side.
Curves instead of a straight run
The duct has a wire spiral, so it can follow a curve, for example around racking, building columns or a marquee entrance. With the airflow from a 50 kW heater, keep the curves wide, because every tight bend adds resistance and reduces the heat delivered at the end of the run.
For the TA-DV50, not the smaller heaters
We sized the 300 mm duct for the TA-DV50 heater (50 kW, 4.6 l/h, 50 l tank). The smaller TA-DV20 and TA-DV30 take the 250 mm ducting set, which is the same 10 m long and also includes a clamp.
A separate system for exhaust
Only heated air travels through the flexible duct. Exhaust from the TA-DV50 leaves through a separate spigot into a 110 mm flue made of a pipe, a 114 mm 90° flue elbow and a rain cap. The heater's manual describes both spigots, so the duct is never connected by guesswork.
Large halls and marquees
The TA-DV50 heats up to 800 m³, and 10 m of ducting lets it stand by the entrance or outside a marquee while the heat goes to work positions or fresh screed. The full heater range is under oil-fired air heaters.

Does the 300 mm flexible duct fit the TA-DV20 and TA-DV30?
The 300 mm flexible duct is made only for the Toolsa TA-DV50, rated at 50 kW. The smaller indirect heaters, the 20 kW TA-DV20 and the 30 kW TA-DV30, take the 250 mm duct, which is also 10 m long and is sold as a set with a hose clamp. The duct diameter has to match the warm-air outlet of the particular heater.
