  1. The Customer selects the delivery method available in the Store, which include:
    • Courier delivery (the carrier is selected individually)
    • Personal pickup
  2. The delivery date is determined individually with each Customer in the order confirmation.
  3. The maximum delivery time for Consumers is up to 30 days. If this period is exceeded, the Consumer has the right to set an additional deadline for the Seller. If the goods are still not delivered, the Customer may withdraw from the contract.
  4. Deliveries are carried out on business days, from Monday to Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends and public holidays.
  5. Information about available delivery methods and delivery costs is provided in the shipping costs section of the Store.
  6. The Store is responsible for the risk of accidental loss or damage to the ordered goods until the moment the Consumer receives them, unless the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than those offered by the Store.
  7. All courier shipments are subject to mandatory insurance.
  8. After receiving the shipment, a Customer who is an Entrepreneur should carefully check the condition of the packaging and its contents. In the event of any shortages or damage, the Customer should take all necessary actions to determine the carrier’s liability and prepare a damage report in the presence of the courier. Preparing such a report is a condition for submitting a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract. Consumers, as defined in Section II, point 2 of the Terms and Conditions, are advised by the Seller to inspect the shipment in the courier’s presence.
  9. Each Buyer receives a VAT invoice or receipt together with the goods.
  10. Goods are delivered exclusively within the territory of Poland.
