Description
Toolsa GK12000iSE – 3 phase inverter generator with electric start
The GK12000iSE is the largest generator in our GK range and the only one with a three-phase output. It delivers 10 kW rated and 11 kW peak power, and a selector switch gives you either 230 V for household loads or 400 V for machines with three-phase motors. The inverter keeps harmonic distortion at THD ≤ 2%, so the output is safe for controllers, computers and tools with electronics.
Rated versus peak power
For continuous work, size your load against the 10 kW rated figure. The margin up to 11 kW covers the moment when an electric motor starts and draws several times its running current. The 12000 in the model name is the size class, not the power the generator holds for hours.
Outlets on the control panel
The industrial CEE sockets carry the full output, red for 400 V and blue for 230 V. Beside them you get a 16 A household socket on 230 V for smaller tools, a 12-volt DC outlet rated at 8.3 A for battery charging, and USB ports delivering 1 A and 2.1 A. The earth terminal and the AC and DC circuit breakers are on the same panel.
Starting and running
The engine starts with the START/STOP button. An LCD screen shows the operating data, and indicator lights warn of overload and low oil. Economy mode lowers the engine speed under light load, which saves fuel and reduces noise.
Engine, fuel and handling
A 550 cm³ GK550V-i petrol engine drives the alternator. The 32 l tank runs the generator for 10 hours at 50% load, which is a full working shift on site. At 110 kg it rolls on two wheels with pull-out handles. Measured 4 m away at 75% load, it produces 97 dB.
