Wacker Neuson IEC high-frequency immersion vibrators: practical and flexible in diameters from 30 to 60 mm
Thehigh-frequency internal vibrators of Wacker Neuson's IEC series have an integrated converter, thus offering two units. This makes the internal vibrators characterized by high application flexibility and ease of operation. The ergonomics of the housing and the price/quality ratio also speak for themselves.
Stable speed thanks to a powerful electric motor
Thanks to its constant high speed, this high-frequency internal vibrator achieves reliable compaction performance and thus ensures high-quality results. The motors were developed by Wacker Neuson and are wound and manufactured in a production facility in Germany. This ensures consistently high motor power and quality.
Switch housing with integrated frequency converter
Thanks to the integrated frequency converter, no additional device is required. The operator works with a compact device and thus saves forces when transporting it to the construction site.
Bulla hardened in the front third
The buoy is hardened in the front third. This reduces wear and tear on the buoy. This saves maintenance costs.
High-frequency electric motor
The concrete vibrator is equipped with a high-frequency electric motor of 200Hz and 42V, this motor has a very high efficiency and is a brushless motor. The power supply to the motor is carried in a special protective cable (hose), which guarantees the safety of the operator.
High frequency 200Hz inverter
Concrete vibrator with integrated inverter is a vibrator that has an inverter integrated in the switch. A current of 230V 50Hz, i.e. from an ordinary power outlet, is supplied to the converter, and from the converter comes out 230V and 200Hz voltage, and by means of special wires placed in a protective hose, the current is supplied to the electric motor in the vibration drum.
Ergonomics and convenience of use
Due to the fact that the Wacker Neuson vibrator has an integrated inverter, it is very convenient to use and its ergonomics are perfect. It's safe to say that this vibrator has tremendous efficiency through the high motor speed achieved by the inverter, and convenience through the new technology that has made it possible to fit the inverter into a small box. The whole creates a compact design for all types of concreting.
