Wacker Neuson IE 58/42/5/15 immersion vibrator
The Wacker Neuson IE 58/42/5/15 internal vibrator is an easy-to-use equipment enclosed in an ergonomic housing. Its use significantly translates into faster work on the construction site. Thanks to the built-in quick-disconnect connector, the configuration of the device is simplified. The model connects well with various components, including buffers and flexible shafts. Increased resistance to wear is provided by an induction-hardened mace.
Concrete vibrator
The concrete vibrator is used during concrete compaction operations. It is used for work with fresh concrete, the depth of which does not exceed 18 meters. It works well during works such as:
- erecting columns,
- walls,
- ceilings,
- some works related to the road industry.
The device uses a high frequency of vibration, effectively removing air bubbles from the mass. In this way it compacts it, which pays off with greater consistency and strength of concrete.
Wacker Neuson IE 58/42/5/15 internal vibrator for concrete compaction
Intuitive to use, the concrete plunge vibrator speeds up work on construction sites. Thanks to its ease of maintenance, this model makes all the tasks performed with it take little time. The IE series concrete vibrator is equipped with a 200 Hz electric motor. Such a specification combined with a constant speed allows to achieve the best possible results, effectively compacting the concrete mass. By removing air bubbles from the concrete mass, the device compacts it. This gives the concrete greater stability and durability.
Functional and reliable model
Efficient and fast compaction of the concrete mass is ensured by the Wacker Neuson IE 58/42/5/15 internal vibrator. Such action makes the erected structure gain greater strength and stability. This model can be successfully combined with dedicated components, including rollers and flexible rollers. This translates into its functionality.
