How does the TOP MASTER BCM 191 air conditioner work?

Evaporative air conditioners are a specialized group of devices that provide cool air through water evaporation. Ambient air is drawn in thanks to an axial fan, and then directed through a special cooling panel. It is manufactured from corrugated cellulose sheets, glued together. The panel is properly treated with special chemicals to prevent it from rotting. In contact with warm air, water, distributed evenly over the cooling panel, begins to evaporate, affecting the cooling of the air released back into the room. At the same time, evaporative air conditioners raise the humidity of the air slightly, keeping it crisp and fresh. This does not adversely affect the sensation of the occupants of the air-conditioned room.

Details of the TOP MASTER BCM 191 Air Cooler

Self-Cleaning Water System

The design of Master air coolers and the electronic components used in them (such as the solenoid valve, drain valve, and level sensors) ensure an automated system for cleaning, draining, and filling the water tank.

Pre-Cooling Mode

The evaporative air cooler enters pre-cooling mode for one minute just before the motor starts operating, ensuring immediate cooling readiness.

Automatic Mode

After setting the required temperature and humidity values, this mode allows the device to operate autonomously and efficiently by regulating the airflow and water level according to the set values (Tº and % RH).

Automatic Cleaning

This function allows setting the time period (hours) for automatic cleaning of the units. The programmable period ranges from 0 to 72 hours. The drain valve opens, empties the water tank, and performs the cleaning process. After one minute, the inlet solenoid valve opens to fill the water tank. This self-cleaning mode is tailored to meet the requirements for preventing and controlling Legionella.
