Nivel System NL600 DIGITAL rotary laser is a versatile and multifunctional tool for carrying out work in open spaces and indoors with a highly visible red laser beam. The instrument was built on the basis of proven and efficient laser technology and provides high accuracy measurements. It performs well on long stretches of work (range of 700 m) and in difficult terrain conditions thanks to, among other things, the speed of operation, self-leveling of the device and response to terrain vibrations. The leveler determines the horizontal plane, inclined plane, vertical plane (after rotating it by 90°), and also, thanks to the plumb bob, determines the plumb line or right angles. The NL600 DIGITAL is offered as standard with a digital sensor, on which height differences are displayed digitally. This greatly simplifies and speeds up measurements. The equipment is equipped with an intuitive interface that allows remote operation via remote control and is very ergonomic.

Easy and fast measurements

The NL600 leveler has an auto-leveling function, when turned on, the equipment levels itself and is immediately ready for work. The generated laser beam is visible, displayed on the wall to form a reference line for horizontal or vertical work. When working with the sensor and the laser patch, we get an accurate leveling set, measurements are made by one person. Digital indication of height difference on the display (laser sensor, digital) significantly shortens the leveling process. The scanning function makes it possible to narrow the displayed beam within the set range, thus obtaining a reference laser line only where we carry out the work.

Reliable on the construction site

The leveler is built on the basis of an electronic compensator, eliminating vibrations and ensuring precise leveling of the laser plane. The electronic compensator, compared to a magnetic one, is much more accurate, especially for construction measurements where the terrain may vibrate due to heavy equipment. Therefore, with the NL600 we get reliable and accurate measurements. The equipment is resistant to dust and water, confirmed by its IP66 rating. In addition, the rotating head is shielded by a glass body, and the laser housing has rubber covers to protect it from impact damage.

Universal application

The equipment allows working with both horizontal and vertical beams. The plane can be tilted in one or two directions, so the laser can be used for such work as pouring floors, or leveling and preparing the surface for paving stones, a sports field, or a road - ensuring the drainage of water according to the designed gradients. For construction work, a laser plumb bob becomes useful, which is the axis of a rotationally generated laser plane. This functionality ensures that the laser fits precisely when working perpendicularly, or when moving points (the plumb line is displayed downward and upward simultaneously). For outdoor work and longer ranges, a laser sensor is used, ensuring that the signal can be received within a range of 700 meters (work diameter). Different head speeds ensure that the laser can be used for both indoor installation work and machine control, where higher speeds are required.
