Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

(effective January 1, 2023)

I. General information:

1. The entrepreneur operating the online store located under the Internet domain http://ehbqvqosgq.cfolks.pl/klon hereinafter referred to as the "Store" is Norwit Sp. z o.o.,

3. Barikell.pl store belongs to Norwit Sp. z o.o. group
4. Contact with the online store is possible via e-mail info@norwit.pl and by phone at 32/7652050 (on working days from 7 to 15).
5. The Regulations define the rights and obligations of the Customers and the rights and obligations of the Seller as the entity managing and operating the online store.

II. Definitions used

The definitions used in the Regulations mean respectively:

1. Customer - any entity making a purchase in the Store in accordance with the content of the Regulations (both Consumer and Entrepreneur).
2. Consumer - a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Civil Code, ie. a natural person making a legal transaction with an entrepreneur not directly related to his/her economic or professional activity, as well as an Entrepreneur being a natural person conducting business activity registered in CEIDG, who makes a legal transaction directly related to his/her business activity, when at the same time it follows from the content of the agreement that it does not have a professional character for him/her, arising in particular from the subject of his/her actual business activity made available in CEIDG (including PKD numbers entered in CEIDG at the time of the agreement).
3. Customer Account - a field containing data on transactions made and an instrument used for order processing.
4. Newsletter - a service provided by the online store to the User, which consists in sending any information about the operation of the Store .
5. This service is free of charge and provided for users who have agreed to receive the Newsletter.
6. Entrepreneur - an entrepreneur within the meaning of Article 431 of the Civil Code, i.e. a natural person, a legal person or an unincorporated entity conducting a business or professional activity on its own behalf.
7. Rules and Regulations - this document, which defines the terms and conditions of use of the Store.
8. Business days - weekdays from Monday to Friday, except for public holidays .
9. Registration - voluntary provision of data by a Customer of the Store consisting of filling out a form available on the pages of this Store.
10. Simplified registration - data provided voluntarily by the Customer, but downloaded after his/her acceptance from another intermediary service, e.g. facebook.com .
11. Intermediary service - website on which the Customer has previously registered, agreeing to download data from an intermediary service in order to register and use the services of the Store.
12. Store - an online store operating at https://www.norwit.pl/ selling products remotely.
13. User - any entity using the Internet that accesses the Store's website.

16. Goods - a movable item, as well as water, gas and electricity, in case they are offered for sale in a certain volume or quantity (definition applies only to Consumers).
17. Warranty - the Seller's liability to the Entrepreneur for defects in the sold item.
18. Item - a tangible object (definition applies only to Entrepreneurs) .

III. Technical terms of use

1. In order to use the Store, the Customer should have:

These files do not retain any personal data and are used in an anonymous manner to assess the real interest in the service on the pages of the online store. Cookies are used to exchange information between the Online Store and the User, which greatly facilitates matching the offer to the expectations and preferences of each User. The customer decides on the use of cookies.
3. Web browsers are often set by default to install these files on the final device of the Customer, who can change the settings at any time.
