The customer selects the type of delivery available on the Store website, these are:
- Courier (shipping company is determined on an individual basis)
- Personal collection
Delivery date is determined on an individual basis with each Customer in the order confirmation. The maximum delivery period for the Consumer is up to 30 days. If the deadline indicated in the preceding sentence is exceeded, the Consumer has the right to set additional time for the seller. If the goods are still not delivered the Customer may withdraw from the contract.
Deliveries are made on working days, Monday through Friday. Deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays.

The Shop is responsible for the danger of accidental loss of or damage to the ordered goods until the Consumer receives them, unless the Consumer has chosen a form of delivery other than that offered by the Shop.
Courier shipments are subject to mandatory insurance.
Upon receipt of the shipment, the Consumer who is an Entrepreneur should carefully check the condition of the package and its contents. If any defects or damage are found, the Customer should take all necessary steps to determine the liability of the carrier and, in the event of any damage, write a protocol in the presence of the courier. Writing the protocol is a condition for filing a complaint or exercising the right to withdraw from the contract. The Customer who is a Consumer within the meaning of par. II item 2 of the Terms and Conditions, the Seller recommends checking the shipment in the presence of the courier.
Each Buyer receives a VAT invoice or receipt along with the goods.
Goods are delivered only on the territory of Poland.
