Right of withdrawal

(This section applies only to Customers who are Consumers within the meaning of par. II pt. 2 of the Regulations of the Internet Shop of Norwit Sp. z o.o. (https://www.norwit.pl/regulamin-sklepu). Entrepreneurs buying on VAT invoice in accordance with the Act do not have the possibility to return the purchased equipment).

1. A consumer who has entered into a remote or off-premises contract may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in Article 33, Article 34(2) and Article 35 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2020.287 t.j.), by making a statement in any form within 14 days from the date of delivery of the ordered goods to him. To meet the above deadline it is sufficient to send the statement before its expiration to the address: Norwit Sp. z o.o., ul.

3. The period for withdrawal from the contract begins:
   • for a contract in the performance of which the Seller delivers the thing, being obliged to transfer its ownership - from taking possession of the thing by the Consumer or a third person indicated by him/her other than the carrier, and in the case of a contract that:
     • includes many things that are delivered separately, in batches or in parts - from taking possession of the last thing, batch or part,
     • consists in the regular delivery of things for a specified period - from taking possession of the first thing;

1. • for other contracts - from the date of conclusion of the contract.

3. n the case of withdrawal from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance, the contract is considered not concluded. What the parties have provided shall be returned in an unaltered state. The return should be made immediately, no later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address: Norwit Sp. z o.o.,

5. The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from using it in a manner other than necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
6. If the Consumer, when placing an order, has chosen a method of delivery of the item other than the cheapest ordinary method of delivery offered by the Seller, the Seller is not obliged to reimburse the Consumer for any additional costs incurred by the Consumer.
7. The direct costs of returning the goods in connection with the exercise of the right shall be borne by the Consumer .
8. The Consumer is obliged to return the goods no later than 14 days from the date on which he informed the Seller about withdrawal from the contract.
9. To meet the deadline it is sufficient to return the goods before its expiration.
10. If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Owner will refund the price of the order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods .
11. The refund will be made to the bank account indicated by the Consumer. The Owner shall issue a written certificate of refund.
12. The Seller shall refund the payment using the same method of payment used by the Consumer, unless the Consumer has expressly agreed to a different method of refund that does not involve any additional costs for him.

14. Please attach a proof of purchase (e.g. receipt, invoice) to the returned goods.
15. Returned equipment must not bear traces of use.
16. The right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance does not apply to the Consumer in situations described in Article 38 of the Act of May 30, 2014 on Consumer Rights (Dz.U.2020.287 t.j.), including with regard to:

1. • services with the properties specified by the Consumer in the order placed by him or closely related to his person (e.g. individual order)
   • services, the object of which are goods that after delivery, due to their nature, are inseparably combined with other goods;
   • services that are clearly tailored to the individual needs of the Consumer. T

2. • return is not subject to the service of flooding and checking the purchased equipment.
